June Water Update

On June 30th, the water level here at Wasa was 768.90 masl (meters above sea level).

Peak water happened on 12 June when it topped out at 769.155 masl.

As the chart below shows, the average Wasa peak water level since 2014 is 768.67 masl.

From June 29 to 30th, the Kootenay River 1.05 meters (3 feet 5 inches). This will re-fill the aquifer and reduce the rate of water decline here at Wasa.

E. coli water sampling took place on June 24th and June 29th here at Wasa. Results have not yet been received from Interior Health (IH). They will be posted here when they arrive.
